A 30-minute conversation about your portfolio and what is not working, and whether I am the right person for it. If I am not, I will say so.
What to bring
- Roughly how many sites you run, and what kind.
- What you use today for work orders and reporting, if anything.
- The problem that made you look for outside help.
Booking is not live yet
Online booking is being set up. Until it is, send a message with two or three times that suit you and I will confirm one by email.
What an engagement looks like
- A 30-minute conversation. A conversation about your portfolio, what is not working, and whether I am the right person for it.
- A short assessment. A focused look at operations, vendors, work-order flow and the metrics you have today — and the ones you do not.
- A written plan with metrics. Findings, a baseline you can measure against, and a prioritized plan with the order of operations spelled out.
- Advisory or hands-on delivery. Either I stay alongside your team through the work, or I hand it over and check in. Your call.
Typical formats: a fixed-scope assessment, an ongoing advisory retainer, or leading a specific project such as a software selection or rollout.
